D-Sheet is a rope that we recently have added to our collection. It is a swiftcord-type rope with the same properties only stronger and much more priceworthy.

DSM introduced during the METS (Marine Equipment Trade Show) in Amsterdam, a new type of Dyneema: SK90. At the moment of the introduction, not more was know than that - according to navingo.nl - the rope is 13% stronger than SK75 and SK78.

Dyneema - een geweldig materiaal maar is het ook geschikt voor een schoot? Of moeten we ons toch maar beperken tot een polyester schoot? Hierover zijn de meningen verdeeld. Dyneema heeft weinig tot geen rek en verschillende mensen uiten hier hun zorgen over het eventueel uitscheuren van zeilhoeken of beschadiging aan de genua rails.

As of today, WHITE Halyards can be ordered. They are available in 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. Pricing is exactly the same as the coloured Dynesport Halyards and specifications are also exactly the same.

We have put our popular ropes into a tabel. Included are - per rope - the Application, the Material used for the Core and for the Cover, the Diameter, the Breaking Strength, the Weight per 100m in kg and the available colours.
